There is a major issue with perceptions held by some public scientists, bureaucrats, environmentalists and sceptics that primary water (as a continuous supply of water from the Earth's crust) is unproven. Dogma says that our water exclusively originates from the hydrological cycle, but this begs the question: how did the Earth kick-start the hydrosphere and this cycle?
